Returns & Refunds

Skin is personal, and we get it right most of the time - but not always. If a formula is not for you, returning it should be effortless.

Return eligibility

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - even if it has been opened and used. We only ask that you contact us so we can make it right and learn from it.

The return process

Go to Orders in your account, select the item and choose Return, or email care@myglowroots.com. We will send a prepaid shipping label - drop it in the post and you are done.

Refund timelines

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will email you the moment it is processed.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo to care@myglowroots.com within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement immediately - no need to return the original.

Exchanges

Prefer a different formula or size? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we will arrange a direct exchange where stock allows.
