Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order - for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error - and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout. We use secure third-party processors and never store your full card details.

Shipping & risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, imagery, formulas, and the MyGlowRoots name and marks - belongs to us and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Always patch-test and read the label. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
